Arestov's Acrobatic Extravaganza
Every year the Dove release is done at 3 PM, and it is so wonderful to see them smiles on the kids and adults as they hold a Dove and wait for the countdown to release the Doves
Tuesday Night's Grandstand show was The Fab Four. They had a great show and this year mostly did the early Beatles songs. They had a sense of humor. “If you've been drinking, maybe you'll really think we are The Beatles.”
Diamond Rio put on a great show. They did one of my favorite songs by them, “I Believe”
Snotty Nose Rez Kids performed. I didn't care for them. They were Rap and did some swearing.
Justin Moore had a large audience. He put on a great show as well.
Pop Evil also performed, but I didn't go to that concert. They've been here before and they are a bit too heavy for me.
I really enjoy the Petting Zoo every year. Love seeing people getting close to the animals.
Walking through Barns is a fun experience. Every year I take time to walk through them.
Walking the Midway this year tired me out. But there's plenty of rides to see, and many games to watch, and lots of Food venders to choose from
And picking out the food you like best
What would the Fair be without those Rainy days. This year Tuesday and Saturday brought on some really Rainy days with Thunder and Lightning and lots of rain. Tuesday I was watching as it rained from under a tent. Wednesday I was caught in the Poultry Barn

It's always nice to talk a stroll through the Antique Village. I visited with Janet, my barber. Stopped into the Rock Shop. Also visited the Model Railroad Club.
I enjoyed watching the people dancing to the music that was coming from the Strolling Piano

Old Friends, Family, and Music
The day I forgot my Fair Pass. It followed the previous night, where I had to walk halfway home, because my tired was almost flat. I was taking pictures of everyone dancing to the music of The Strolling Piano. When this punk, stood in front of me and called me a Pedophile. Yes, there were kids dancing, but there were many adults dancing as well. He threatened to break my camera. He also said he was going to turn me in. I wasn't so worried about that part, but I was upset that he approached me at all. I decided I'd head home, as it was a long day.
On a good note, while I was waiting to get some Whitefish at the Fish House, a man wanted to get some water, as he was thirsty and needed it bad. He asked if he could cut in front of me. Of course I said. He was very polite, so it was easy to do on this hot & humid day. When I got up to the window to order my meal, she told me that the guy in front of me paid for half my meal. The fish was $13, and he paid $6. The waters must have cost $2 each. This is what they call “Pay It Forward” and it's nice to know that there are still good people in this world.
